We run a number of permaculture courses and workshops at Perth City Farm throughout the year. From beginner-friendly intros to multi-day courses.
Our approach to teaching is hands-on and practical, giving you the skills and confidence you need to live in line with your values.
Permaculture is an approach to designing lifestyles and landscapes which mimic the patterns and relationships found in nature, yielding an abundance of food, fibre and energy for our needs. The ethics of permaculture (sometimes summed up as earth-care, people-care, fair-share) underpin our mission at Perth City Farm.

In addition to our permaculture courses, we run shorter workshops that focus on specific skills for kinder-living. Many of these fall under the umbrella of Permaculture. Particularly popular are our workshops on sourdough bread, fermentation, edible weeds, pasta making and cheesemaking.
