She works in accounting and advisory, serving in fractional CFO and company secretary roles across a range of organisations. Gayle is a board member at Treetops Montessori School and brings broad experience in financial management, governance, and strategic oversight. She joined the City Farm Board as Treasurer in August 2025 and contributes her expertise in financial strategy and governance clarity, with a strong appreciation for sustainability and the role of community-led initiatives in shaping resilient organisations.
