Megan MacNeill

CEO

Originally from Scotland and proudly calling Western Australia home since 2012, Megan brings leadership experience across not-for-profit, Indigenous business, agriculture and international education. She’s passionate about building connected, sustainable communities where people, place and purpose come together.

Before joining Perth City Farm, Megan helped launch and grow Kuuwa Rentals, an Indigenous-owned social enterprise, where she led initiatives that combined sustainability, innovation and community benefit. She has also held leadership roles with the Rural Regional Remote Women’s Network, StudyPerth and WA Farmers Federation, deepening her passion for social justice, education and creating opportunities for people to thrive.

Outside of work, Megan loves a good book (she’s been in the same book club for over a decade), an oat chai, re-learning the world through the eyes of her son and travelling with her husband and son.

She sees Perth City Farm as a space where everyone can learn, grow and experiment. It is a living example of what community and sustainability look like in action.

Paula Galvin

Administration & Site Services Manager

Paula has been with the organisation for 14 years (as of November 2025), predominantly as Venue Hire Manager. She has recently taken on the role of Administrative and Site Services Manager, overseeing staff, compliance, OHS, building and maintenance, and site redevelopment to ensure the smooth operation of our enterprises. Working three days a week, Paula keeps the team well-informed of site developments and supports the organisation’s ongoing growth and stability.

Martina Hoeppner

Education Lead

Martina is our education specialist. She spent the last few years teaching permaculture and sustainability in her own business through short workshops, multiday courses and accredited training. She manages our Sustainable Education program.

Diana Bridger

Sustainable Events Lead

Diana drives our events enterprise, selling the space and supporting clients to put on delightful events. Curating hirers to run their event in a more sustainable way, educating the hirers and their guests about kinder ways of living whilst having a really good time.

Nadia Danti

Lead Garden Educator

Nadia loves having her hands in the soil. She grew up in the northern suburbs of Boorloo/Perth with her parents and extended family who were market gardening and growing citrus & stone fruit. She spent her recent adult years learning from growers around Australia including Old Mill Rd Bio Farm. She went on to manage the market garden at Fat Pig Farm; co-owned Rocky Top Growers Collective and working with Felds Farm growing a diverse range of vegetables for a weekly CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) box program and for restaurants & grocers in nipaluna/Hobart. Most recently she has been learning and growing seasonal flowers with Rubie & Max at Rubie Blooms.

As well as growing, Nadia also facilitates permaculture workshops with Hannah Maloney (Goodlife Permaculture), sharing skills on soil health and growing food.  A skilled educator, farmer and advocate, she is passionate about growing and eating plants; about soil health and understanding the ecosystem under our feet; in supporting people to connect to their local food system; as well as empowering them to grow a little of their own food.

Dougie Scott

Building and Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Dougie is our amazing Mr Fixit, helping to keep our site safe and beautiful. He’s also very artistic and creative with the use of recycled materials in the way he builds and fixes, bringing great charm to our Farm.
