Seasonal Infused Gins and Edible Flower Canapes

‘Tis the season for sipping, nibbling and ethical gift giving and this delightful workshop covers all three! Join Kathleen for a social session as she teaches you how to make infused gins using fresh farm produce. Together we’ll make a couple of spritzer style cocktails each using infused gins and some vegan canapes using herbs and edible flowers. Then we’ll enjoy it all under the trees in the farm, chatting about low waste gift giving principles and ideas.
Our big Festive market will be in full swing during your workshop, so it’s worth arriving a little early to check out the stalls for fresh produce and gift ideas, and have brunch.
