Our Hub space is amazing! A mesh of recycled timber and corrugated iron panels (from the old Busselton Jetty!) create an awesome office space right in the heart of East Perth.
Need a day away from your regular desk? A central spot for an offsite meeting? A intimate space for a pop-up dinner? The Hub is the spot for you in our beatiful urban oasis! There’s also an amazing cafe right out front to keep you fed and watered throughout the day.

The Space

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (6am - 6pm) & Friday (6am - 2pm). Sundays and late nights on request.
The space is set up with 16x office chairs, 2x standing indoor heaters, fans and a whiteboard. During farm hours, you will also have access to our Community Room Kitchen for tea & coffee facilities.
At this point in time our WIFI signal is not strong enough to reach the Hub, but PCF has a strong 5g signal - so hotspotting is no problem.
Let us know what you need the space for and how regularly you need it. There is plenty of flexibility outside of normal business hours, provided we don't have a big event happening on site.
