Edible flowers are a wonderful thing to add to your garden and can bring delight, flavour and nutrition to your plate. In this hands-on session we’ll tour the farm to learn about edible flowers in a Perth climate, what to grow and how to grow them. We’ll cover propagation techniques and take cuttings and share seeds of some of our favourites.

Then we’ll head into the kitchen to learn about using flowers as food, whip up some canapes and try pressing some flowers for later use. Morning tea will be back in the garden to enjoy our canapes with fresh herbal tea.

Our weekly farmer’s market will be in full swing during your workshop, so it’s worth arriving a little early to check out the stalls and pick up some fresh produce.
