To celebrate the delicious produce from WA’s best organic, biodynamic & spray-free producers, chef Tim Greaves is hosting 3 cooking demonstrations at our Autumn Feast Market on Saturday 27 May.

Each demonstration includes seasonal produce from our favourite stallholders, including:

• 8.30am Urban foraged kimchi & Gat kimchi grilled cheese
• 9.30am Jerusalem artichoke agnolotti with roasted pumpkin, crispy sage & burnt butter sauce
• 10.30am Shark Bay prawns, pickled romanesco, cauliflower puree & garden herbs.
