Join Marco to learn how to make delicious fresh pasta from scratch. Marco will share with you how he learnt how to make simple fresh pasta, just how his nonna taught him. You'll get hands on experience making your very own fresh pasta and learn how to adjust your recipe for different dietary requirements. If the weather is fine, we'll eat pasta together with a simple sauce in the lush Perth City Farm garden afterwards!

Join Dean from Dean’s Bees for a half day, hands on workshop about urban beekeeping. Starting in the classroom Dean will cover bee keeping basics, including some background about various bee species, the important principles of responsible beekeeping, the methods and the tools we use in keeping the European honeybee. Then you’ll suit up and head out to the City Farm hives for the hands-on bit.
