140 William Street stands out on Perth’s skyline with its unusual lines, outstanding contemporary architecture and eco-friendly design. The building comprises commercial office towers up to 19 storeys above retail and dining facilities.

The complex has a 5 Star Green Building Rating and ambitious sustainability goals, so Perth City Farm is engaged to care for all internal and external gardens using our sustainable landscaping techniques. We are gradually upgrading the landscaping to improve water use efficiency, boost wildlife habitat and refresh the aesthetics. Due to the nature of the external gardens our team have working at height qualifications, in addition to their horticultural expertise.
